hilfe....shock absorbers with EDC

hello,

I cant speak German, so I just hope somenoe will read this and help me.
I am looking for two front shock absorbers for e38 , 750i with EDC system.
Problem is I live in Poland and these parts are very hard to get or very expencive. I wnet to bmw service but the price thay had was 800euro for 1 shock. Can anyone tell me if there is any way I can get those parts cheaper?? I tried to look on German websites but unfortunately I can not speak german and it is terribly hard to find something.

the edc shock absorbers are really expensive - in germany, too! The price of 800 euro is a normal price; rather cheap than expensive. I don't know any adress in germany where you will find the edc shock absorbers cheaper. the only possibility I know is to check ebay, if you can get used shock absorbers there. If you will search for it in you have to type in the search "stossdaempfer e38 edc" or something else. Stossdaempfer means in german shock absorbers. Front means "vorne", rear means "hinten". Do you need the absorbers for the front or rear?

You can try to find those absorbers on Allegro. I saw a few weeks ago some used parts for 750 from the year 2000 with approximately 130 000 km, but i am not sure if there were absorbers too. If you don't need them immediatly, be patient and for sure you'll get them on reasonable price
