E38 Kühlerwasser

Bekam eine Email von einem User hier im Forum der auf mich aufmerksam geworden ist.

Ich kann zwar ein bisschen Englisch, aber für eine qualifizierte Antwort reicht es dann doch nicht.

I own a BMW 740 i, e38, 1997.
I am in Bratislava at the moment, my wife is Slovak, and she´s studying in
Slovakia.

It seems there is a problem with my 740i, I think some "Kuehlwasserverlust".
-the level of Kuehlwasser is low, but there is still kuehlwasser
-from time to time, there is some white "rauch" out of "auspuff"
-from time to time, strange noise when motor is idle, noise like wind

I am afraid it could be the "Kopfdichtung". What do you think?

I would like to go to the closest BMW dealer in Austria to make it examine,
and maybe repair.
Is the Zitta BMW in Bruckneudorf good and not too much expensive?
