Big Big Problem

HI all,
I'm the new happy owner of a pre-owned 725 tds. Unfortunately I do not speak german but I need a lot of information about E38. for example pixel repair.
I consider this site the best regarding 7er but I would like to understand what you speak about.
for the administrator or the users: could you be so kind writing or translating your posts in english.
I know you are german and hate a bit english language
but if you'll open to english more people like me (from italy) will enjoy your wonderfull site
I hope you understand my question
