Elektrik: Bord-Monitor defekt

Hallo Forum,

heute bekam ich folgende Anfrage:

Dear Sirs,

There is a car BMW 730i from the year 1995 (WBAGF21070DF75664) in my usage. I am very satisfied with this car and driving it makes me a lot of pleasure.

Unfortunately I am having a problem at this moment. Onboard display (TV; NAVI) doesn’t show a picture any more. The light bulb has burnt out from the inside. The official dialer of BMW in Latvia can’t order such a bulb for me. They offer me to buy a new display, which costs around 2000 EUR. To my mind, it is not reasonable, as the bulb can be changed and its price is around 20 EUR.

I am hoping for your help! I am ready to pay for the bulb and for the delivery by DHL as well.
