Hi friends, sorry to write in english, but my German is poor. I'm going to buy my second E-38, it's 750iL '96 , selled in USA. But i'm very surprised, what is written in papers - engine 4988 cc , power 220 kW, is it possible? I think, that all E38 had new motor 5.4 240kW , so where is mistake? How can i 100% recognize, which motor is in the car? What are the visual differences between old M70 5.0 and new one M73 5.4 ??? MANY THANKS (VIELEN DANK!)

Just give us the VIN number and we can tell you the exact engine the car has and what month and year it was produced.

That is definitely a M70B50 engine from an E32.

So what is the shape of the car?

Ich habe die letzte Frage - kann Mann eine E38 mit original 5.0 finden?Ist das moglich?War eine e38 mit 5.0 herstellt?Vielen dank und bitte entschuldigen sie mein nicht gut Deutsch.

Built 02/1996, and it is an E38 with M73 engine which is the normal V12 for the E38, the M70 engine of the E32 had 4.998 cc, the M73 is bigger

wenn ich da meine nummer eingebe, spukt der nen 730li aus 2004 aus, kann nicht sein oder ist mein stuhl zu neu dafür...
