Two questions

Hi guys,

First of all the new car is absolutely superb Its very quite, comfortable and fast as well. We drove 350 kilometers now.

But two questions:

1. We have DAB radio and the sound quality is very good, but sometimes when we listen to DAB radio the sound just stops for a few seconds and than continuous again. It does say no signal when it does it, but is there anything I can do to eliminate this problem?

2. Speedlimit info has disappeared. I have looked at setting -> info sources, according to the instruction booklet it should be there, but it isn´t. Anyone exprience with this?

That sounds to me like the typical difference between analog and digital. Analog gets worse and noisy if the signal gets weak, digital shuts off 100%.

What do you see? No sign at all any more or the red round sign with thre - - - signs in the middle of it?

Just nothing at all, it is completely gone. And I can´t find in anywhere in the Idrive system, Also not after reading the instruction booklet.

Also sein Tempolimitschild bei der Tempolimiterkennung ist weg.

Es ist nicht inhaltsleer (wie oft nach dem Start) mit drei - - -
sondern es ist komplett weg.

Kann man das versehentlich deaktivieren oder ausblenden?

Ja, wenn man sich zum Beispiel die Distanz bis zum Ziel anzeigen lässt. Einfach den Bordcomputer über den Blinkerhebel mal weiter durchdrücken.

Aber im HUD bleibt es doch trotzdem angezeigt?

Ja, wenn es im HUD Menü im iDrive eingestellt ist und das HUD aktiviert ist (linke Schalterleiste).
