Also, this car is not a copy = how it is presented is how it came from the BMW factory
. I think Shogun is right when he said that my car is rarer than a Highline, as it is an Individual car with almost all of the Highline options. Out of my 14yrs of e32 ownership, I have yet to see another one like it!
Not to boast too much, but I prefer my car over the Highline as it is kind of stealth with it's options, and you can still have 3x people in the back and pack the rear seat full of stuff if necessary. Much more practical for daily driving with the family.
Love the pappel natur wood as well, so much as I am going to retrofit my e39 Touring with the same wood
Also, it has more options not even mentioned on the build sheet, this includes:
- remote factory alarm system
- electrically heated and adjustable/reclining rear seats
- electrically adjustable rear headrests
- M-tech lowering springs
The really rare ones are:
- double paned glass all around - I thought it was security (bulletproof) glass as it is much thicker but it is not thick enough (>1") by looking at the e32 archives
- fax machine hookup in the glovebox
- a soft close trunk, which scared the crap out of me at first - if you're not expecting it!
In addition, I have modified the vehicle for more enjoyable performance as well:
- Dinan front/rear adjustable sway bars
- Racing Dynamics strut bar
- MSD ignition coils
- BMP free flow intake kit
- Schrick camshafts
- Shogun chipset
- Dinan transmission software
- Eisenmann exhaust
- M5 3.91:1 limited slip differential
