it's the electronic heater or blower. In the winter you can use the heater so that you can start the enigine when the interior and the motor are hot. In the summer you can use the blower. You must use the OBC for programming it. First time, than time 1, than time 2. After pressing time I get the message in Deutsch "aus luft" from the OBC. Now I can't use the blower. Now the car is hot when you get in. If you program the blower it's cool. My electonic heater/blower is form Webasto and connected to the second battery in the trunk of the 750iL. This battery is a 25 ampere one ( a little one) from BMW. It'gives 13 Volt so the battery is allright.
