Karosserie: Schiebedach endlich dicht -geloetet

Wochenlang haben wir rumgebastelt am 750iL 12/1992 Highline von meinem Schrauberkollegen Mitsu. Es war nicht dicht zu kriegen.

-Gummidichtung erneuert
-alle Ablaufschlaeuche gespuelt mit Druck
-Schiebedach neu justiert

Alles half nichts. Wasser kan aus der Kassette raus durch den Himmel.
Wochenlang zwischen den Reparaturversuchen ist er mit Klebeband um das Schiebedach rumgefahren.

Letzten Samstag nun haben wir es geschafft. Ausgebaut und geloetet.
Hatte sich schon Rost angesetzt.
Sollte man mal ueberpruefen.

この画像なら何となく内板パネルの状況がわかると思いますが、何やら流路（？）が縦横
に走っています（笑）　単にパネル強度の補強のためならばそれぞれの流路を繋ぐ必要も
無い訳ですが全ての空間が繋がっているところを見るとどうにも説明が付きません。

ある程度の空間を確保する理由には直射日光等による熱伝導防止も考えられますが、そん
な理由なら間にゴムシートを挟んでつくるとか他の方法あります。　はっきりした理由は
未だ不明ですがとにかくこんな謎めいた設計なんです。

長らく懸案になっていたサンルーフの雨漏り修理をやっと完了しました。　一般的な雨漏り
はサンルーフユニットのドレンが詰まったりする事によるものが多いのですが私の場合は
天板パネルの周囲にあるモールから進入した雨水がパネル外板と内板の接着面を伝わって
内板にある空気穴から落ちてきました。　当初は単純に穴を塞ぐ等を考えましたが、この
内板には入り組んだ水抜き流路のようなものが走っており穴を塞ぐ事でそこに水が長く
滞留し腐食する可能性もあり悩んでいた訳です、漏れる穴の部分も当然パネルの一番低い
部分であり内張りとの間にポリプロピレン等の板を加工して張り合わせる方法も試しまし
たがこれは真ん中部分が低くなり周囲の排水路に水が流れないという状況をつくる事が
わかり選択支から除外されました。

前回は市販のコーキング材を使い内板の流路を完全密閉する方法にチャレンジしたのです
が実に５本ものコーキング材が入るほどの流路があり結果として密閉はされましたが空気
に触れないため完全硬化が出来ないという別の問題を生み出してしまいました。　今回は
最終手段としてまっとうな方法をとりました、周囲のモールを剥がして外板パネルと内板
パネルの接着接合部をサンダーで削りだしそこを半田で完全に溶着する事でモール部分
からの面圧吸い上げ効果が起きないように施工をした訳です。　サンダーで削り半田の
足付けがしやすいようにしたのですがそれでも乗りは最悪であり相当な技術を要します
２－３時間掛けて全周を完全密閉してモールをボンドで張りなおしたのでこれで完全な
密閉環境が完成です。　もう一つ注意しなければならないのはモールを貼っても水の
進入はありうるのでその進入した水の排水路を確保する事です、通常はモールを後部で
継ぎ合わせるのですがここの部分の下側にＶ字カットをいれておき侵入した水をサンル
ーフの水受けに逃がしてやることです。　苦労をしましたがこれで完全ですね。

Ich wusste doch, dass einer so clever ist und altavista babelfish benutzt fuer die Uebersetzung
Ist zwar ein kleines puzzle die automatische Uebersetzung, aber den Sinn kann man schon erkennen, was gemeint ist.
Naja, die Bilder sagen ja alles, was wichtig ist.

Nun weiss ich auch, warum bei einigen die Schiebedaecher durchrosten.
Also Loeten, Zinnen usw.

Es kam rein bei geschlossenem Schiebedach durch die Ritzen auf dem Dach.
Lief dann nicht durch die Ablaeufe ab, sondern ist irgendwie in das Dach gekommen.
Schwer zu erklaeren, muss man sich am ausgebauten Objekt ansehen.

das ist ein sehr interessanter tread, ich hatte ja vor einiger zeit schon mal
hier im forum die frage, ob es eine verbindung vom schiebedachkasten zur
frontscheibe gibt, immer wenn ich in die waschstrasse fahre, laufen mir beim
730 vorne einige wassertropfen die scheibe innen, runter und ich habe vorn an der schiebeachkante zwei rosstellen,die entrostet, ausgetupft und mit
tupflack versiegelt worden sind. sie sind etwa so gross,wie ein ein 50 cent
stück...... das wäre eine weitere idee, woran das liegen könnte.

Wenn diese Abbildung dort nicht mit etwas ist und du denkst, daß Umstand der inneren Platte Verkleidung erkannt wird, aber was der Durchgang (?)Läuft zur Länge und Breite, wenn (lachend) einfach es für die Verstärkung der Verkleidung Stärke ist, ist es die Bedeutung, die nicht die Notwendigkeit hat, zum des jeweiligen Durchganges anzuschließen, aber wenn du den Platz betrachtest, in dem alle Räume angeschlossen worden sind, wie Erklärung nicht angebracht wird.
