HELP!, cant turn off alarm after replacing battery

Hello fellow german 7series owners!
I hope you can reply in english cos my german is not so good

My problem is that after I took out the battery for a resharge and then put it back in the alarm went off. I cant turn it off.
I have tried with locking the doors with key and with the remote. I have two buttons on my remote.
I localized the horn for the alarm and pulled out the cable before my neighbours could kill me
I have checked all the fuses and they are ok.
I have no idea of what to do, I cant start the car

Hello, welcome here

Following instructions:

- Open the door, take place on Your seat and close the door.
- Turn ignition key to position "1" and let it there for 15 minutes.
- While those 15 minutes do not open any door, do not touch the key, just wait.

After having done that, alarm should be turned off.

15 min with key in position1 turned of the alarm
The alarm does no longer go off when opening doors etc
The LED on the dashboard, o top of center does no longer light

BUT now I cant start the car
The board computer says PPPP
The remote key doesnt work either
