E65 730d couldn't turn on (problem no oil in fuel tank)

I am sorry that I don't write in Germany but I don;t now it. I hope that someone will help me with my problem in english.
I have got a BMW E65 730d 2003 and when I was driving i didin't tank my bmw and without any oil in fuel tank tha car stopped. I tank 20 liters of oil i tried to turn on the engine but nothing happens. BMW didin't wont to start. And I am thinking is that if I had to go with this problem to the dealer or I could manage with these on my owm.
