You can change the language in every BMW... I have mine set to english (as dutch is not an option).
I'm affraid i forgot the right sequence, but it's simply done with the 2 buttons in the tacho and you don't need any extra tools to do it.
If i'm not mistaken, you have to turn the key in position 1 (radio, no ignition) and keep the right button pushed until the display passes "CC OK". Then walk through the menu with the left button until you see "Sprache". Select this option by pressing the right button again, and use the left button to look for "English".
I could be wrong about the position of the ignition-key, tho... Try it in position 1 (radio, no ignition), and if that doesn't work, try position 2 (all power on without crankin' the engine).
Anyway, should you have any doubts about this, you can always find help at any BMW-dealer for free. Also help with your BC, phone, etc... shouldn't cost you anything at the dealer...
