Elektrik: Nachrüstet BMW Alarm&ZV problem

Hi
-93 E34 sedan has original bmw alarm-system installed after the sale of the car.
The key looks like this:



I believe these were used also on E32.

Where could i find proper installation and troubleshooting instructions for the whole system?
The problem is that the key works and it engages the alarm, but it doesn't anymore lock the cars central-locking!
When i open or lock the doors manually from drivers door, the system opens and then locks again the doors, everything is done twice. (central-locking does work when you use the key on drivers door)

The alarm-system and inside-sensors works fine, the central-locking just won't work with the original transmitter.
How do i stop the siren from giving the sound-marks when arming or disarming the alarm?

I have checked all the fuses and also the wires on the trunk, everything is fine. Also the car battery has been disconnected with no luck.
