Getriebe: I got a new not-new transmission

It is an AT Getriebe (Die Deutschen denken immer nur an eines :-)
I got it from the company Erich recommended, the one who does the transmissions for BMW. Cost Euro 2800 for an AT model, not bad at all. Looks like new. Works like a dream, backwards and forwards.

Had my new tyres fitted, a water pump too, the engine overhauled, leaks fixed, and so on.....altogether my bill came to a staggering (incl. VAT) Euro 4300, but I'm happy, my baby purrs like a 750i is supposed to purr. Lovely.

PS: a German transmission works fine on a right hand drive, no problems.
