 RealOEM.com Online BMW Parts Catalog
with your VIN you can get the part number, and then you can use that part number search and paste it into
'In welchen Modellen wird meine Teilenummer verwendet?'
and all BMW models will pop up with the same part number.

And if you want to check the Bosch part numbers to compare with BMW, just use for example Bosch parts finder

Hi all.

Thanks alot. The order at Ebay is on its way.
As I was looking around on the site, I stumbled into the sparkplugs and I noticed you can buy from Bosch these plugs with 4 groundpins to the electrode.
Of cource they claime they are much better then the "old" ones.
Has anybody tried these plugs and are they indeed making any differense for the better?

no need for these expensive spark plugs for that old engine type, I use the cheapest Bosch or NGK in my M70 engine too and cannot complain.

Same as my 89-M70-engine. I use first of all original Bosch for just about 2000 km, but runs a little bit rough. Changing to the NGK and the V12 is not to feel when he is in idle.

Thank you both. Sounds strange, a 12 cilinder that run a bit rough. Never drove a 12 cilinder. Have to try it sometime.
