Elektrik: 745i Electric failure problem, drive moderately

So hello Guys,

I have some problem with my 2003 745i. The problem is:

I drive the car in the morning, the engine temperature is increasing, I got a red light, so I slow down, braking, and the cd restarting, the arrows of the gear are flashing, the idrive says that abs failure, drive and brakes problem, please drive moderately. The car do a small check, and the idle is increasing, like when you press start-stop button.. after 10 seconds, everything disappear, and the car is normal again.. but it do more quite often, and when the engine temperature is not reached the normal temp. I take the car to the BMW Service, and no fault code in the computer.... So they don't know, where to search the problem.. Any Suggestion?

How old is the battery?
This can be the solution, if it don´t work fine.

It is 3 years old battery, original BMW battery... I'dont know.. No low voltage sign, or anything else...
