I have spotted the following car in 2003 at a local BMW dealer in Boston, MA, when picking up my car from service!
(Those guys didn´t seem to have a clue of a 1989 750iL )
So if you tell us that yours is one of two within the U.S. - this one from the pictures seems to be very well known by you...
I am happy to hear that this car is still in valuable condition.
(I wonder though, if my ex-E32 is, since I left the country... )

This is my car. It looks the same today. When are these photos from? It still has that exact rust spot in the rear left under the light.

Thank you
I am selling my 1980 BMW 735i Touring with 9,042 miles today on EBay item number 250746866240 starting at $7,000 with no reserve closing Jan 3rd. This is a Euro model and EBay does not like the VIN which is WBA68410007432544. It was built in June 1980 and is titled as a 1981. This is a beautiful rare car and I have the title in hand. I have around 85 photos and videos at www.flutzoo.com
unfortunately I do not have the space to keep it unless I give it to my 16 year old as his every day car and sell his. This rare beautiful vehicle deserves better than that.
