Ignition Cables

Hello E23-Friends!

I will write this question in English but please feel free to answer in German. I understand it more than I can write. I have a 745 from 1980, L-Jetronic. I'm changing the distributor cap, rotor and ignition cables.

As I understand my rotor is marked 5000 Ohm and is used only in larger M30 with L-Jetronic as 733i and others. But the distributor cap and cables are the same for almost all M30 with L-Jetronic? Same to 728i as 745i.

Is this correct or have I misunderstood something? Want to check before order the stuff.

Any advice will be highly appreciated..
