Here is mentioned for the late E-7 version ZF TD/TR signal pin 21 engine speed signal TD at 800 RPM pin 21 to pin 5 35-45 Hertz, at 2000 RPM pin 21 to pin 5 100 - 110 Hertz

you made already tests with oscilloscope 2 years ago and even showed the diagram measuring the Hertz, see your post 626, 628, 667, 668, 737 in post 673 you posted this:
The ETM early and late version of E7 mentioned that the TCM pin 21 the engine speed signal should be around 2 volts at idle RPM 800 and between frequencies 35-45 hertz if those three components are connected together in vehicle with EML 1992. In vehicle 1990 without EML the automatic transmission TCM pin 21 pick up 13.5 volts signal from the engine fuel pump relay when fuel pump is working and sometimes frequency goes down to ground it is not stable. May I disconnect the wire number 7 connector X1537 from the engine fuel pump relay and connect to the engine ECU pin 6 or cluster X16 yellow plug pin 18 and recheck if the frequency will be stable ?
