Ok, thanks for the answers. the local Bmw dealer said, that the 64118377581 is not suitable for replacing the old one, because their diagnostics can´t find the panel from the car´s system...
If someone has got some fact about the partnumbers and should that panel work if ain´t broken then, i´ll recieve them happily.
(BTW. I´ll have to that mention we tried the E39 panel also earlier, well i should have read you your forum before that. It didn´t work, as you already know.
