I will answer in Englisch, i think it will be easier:
Its due to the torque converter. Lets say the first 500 UPM are lost there.
If you want to change it, you can use the High Stall Torque Converter,
which was used in the Sport 740i´s in the US.
The TC coupling is going to close @aprox. 140 KM/h
