ich persönlich würde ein 0w40 von Mobil1 einfüllen. und nach 1000-2000 km nochmal wechseln, und schauen wie es dann ist.
SOFERN im Fehlerspeicher nichts anderes steht, z.b. VANOS versteller oder sowas.
edit - Wobei Vanos hat deiner nicht. Wenn dann was klappert, können es die Hydros sein.
WAS für ein 5w40 hast eingefüllt?
