Hi,

I have tried the very same for my B11 and had no luck The Rooftrim is still available but only if you have no sunroof.
In the end I decided to get new lining that is very close to the original but slightly brighter and got it fittet to the roof, rear , A-, B- and C- pillar.

This is the thread that describes it all. A bit too much to translate it all but mybe google can help you ;-)
