Folgende Nachricht erreichte mich heute von demjenigen, einem Menno Hildebrand, der die Fotos meines Wagen verwendet:

"Hello,
I hope you understand english because I don't write German so well even
if I lived and worked in Germany for a year. I bought the car in
Germany. The vehicle is in good condition, has no technical damages at all, no
scratches or dents, no hidden defects, no smoking. It's fun and robust
to drive. Technical inspection and emissions testing is
passed and stamped as well. It has title of ownership, cleared of any
obligations or fees and comes with all the german documents. German
registration with german TUV and german plates. The car has a left hand drive
for Europe. No extra costs. All information's about the car are correct.
I had to get back home because my wife is having a baby. I really need to
sell it fast. If you are interested I will send you all the terms so we can start
this transaction.
Car price whit shipping included is EUR 2800.
I am waiting your soonest answer.
Thanks in advance!"

Ich glaub der will mich verarschen. Nun denn, dies meine Antwort:

"Dear Mr. Hildebrand,

there seems to be a misunderstanding. Actually I am not interested in your car. The point is, you have used photos of my car (!) for your ad !!! I strongly forbid this, as I am actually offering my car. The car on the photos you have used is not your car !!!! I would deeply regret if I had to inform the local authorities and take further action against you.

So please be so kind to take photos of yourown car and use them.
Please confirm.

Thanks,
Frank"
