Scheint wohl, als ob der Ordner, in dem du warst, bereinigt werden sollte.
Also, wenn ich eine Empfehlung aussprechen darf: Gmail. Deine alte E-Mail-Adresse kannst du auch mit Gmail benutzen und Spam kriegst du dort zu 99% nicht.
