Yes, I recall the speed of the cars in the left lanes of your autobahns.
I lived in there between 1975 & 1979 in Budingen, OberHesse.
As I recall back then the Porsches were very fast. I remember a yellow Lambourghini Muria blowing past me once probably in excess of 150 mph/240kmh.
Here in the US, I had to travel to the Amreican desert Southwest in order to drive my BMW that fast. Good thing too, because the usual road conditions here are not like the road conditions were there in Germany.
Perhaps you can tell me about the Tuning Houses there in Germany? Do many people performance tune their E38s?
