On the left side in the menu "Forumsfunctions" click on "User CP". Then you'll find a further menu under "Forumsfunctions" called "Conrol Panel": Click here on "Edit Avatar" or just click
here. Then you can upload a avatar-picture. The image-size is limited to max. 180x180 Pixel and 15 kB.
