I just have received following email from Max:

Still got the site & all the rest (~400Mb) archived here to CD... I'll
go through it & check what state the stuff is in - should be OK to use
straight from file, but I do want to check it over for specific vehicle
identifications etc since i don't own that car any longer (use of images
should be OK, just don't want to imply any further connection!).

I'm probably OK with the hosting, as long as I can

(1) have absolute right of removal (not that likely, but it could always
be for reasons outside of my control)
(2) get in to finish off some areas -eg points I've got pics for, but
never bothered writing up pages for

Being honest, in the end it got to be a little bit love-hate with the
amount of maintenance - guilt from (a) was it really necessary stuff or
just me being a perfectionist or (b) even if necessary, was i
shortchanging my family time on a still-aging, money-pit (being
realistic) car? Definitely a bit of burn-out, sadly. Anyway, if I give
you the site, you can put it up as-is immediately, and I can
update/change as I want to & time allows - that way, even if I never
get around to it, the existing info isn't lost (and Johan can't review
the site & groan/moan about the pop-ups like he did the freeyellow site!)

So... how big an email attachment can I send you? Site itself is about
4Mb zipped....
