GA71 (= 730i M30B30)
GA81 (= 730i M30B30 Automatic)
GD11 (= 730i M60B30)
GD21 (= 730i M60B30 Automatic)
GD41 (= 740i)
GD81 (= 740iL)
GB81 (= 750i)
GC81 (= 750iL) 
are listed, so BMWs offer did include 750iL.
Until today, no one has found a vehicle nor a specific VIN that would match.

So there are in total 613 cars. At least. / Damit sind es also 613 Exemplare insgesamt. Mindestens.

Thanks for the link, I haven't seen it before. However, I don't think that list is from ETK. Looking at the format of the text, I believe it is copied from an internal BMW document. Here is a similar list for the 525tds Edel Toruing
