I think the seal is done for.
When I bouth the car there was a wet spot. But in the next winter shifting gears began to get very heavy. I learned in this forum my oil was to thick.
I changed the oil to ATF and everything was oké but of course also the swetting got better. Or worse for that matter because it's making the bottem realy wet and I hate that.
So I will have to close my eyes and bite into the matter. It's not difficult. I have the use of a bridge. I just have to do it. No big deal. I just wandered if there was an easy way out.
