Das Exchangeable Image File Format (offizielle Abkürzung ist Exif, nicht EXIF) ist ein Standard der Japan Electronic and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA) für das Dateiformat, in dem moderne Digitalkameras Informationen über die aufgenommenen Bilder (Metadaten) speichern.
