Dein Ansatz mit dem Magnetventil klingt sehr interessant. Ich hab auch ab und an dieses komische Klappern beim Anlassen mit kaltem Motor, insbesondere wenn der Wagen ein paar Tage stand.
Zitat aus dem Vanos-PDF:
A check valve is positioned forward of the solenoid in the cylinder head oil gallery.
The check valve maintains an oil supply in the VANOS transmission...... after the engine is turned off.
This prevents the possibility of piston movement (noise) within the
VANOS transmission system on the next engine start.
