ZF have local representatives here. From my experience, the manufacturer (ZF) will just forward my inquiry to the local representative because of the exclusivity of the locals.
At the moment my friend found a used gear from a local dealer. Sounds risky to me, however importing from Germany eventually turns out to be more expensive (shipping costs + 45% local taxes).
So I'll wait to see if the gear is in good condition or he'd still prefer importing from Germany.
