M62 4.4l Motor im E32 740i

Hello members,
I am new here, however I believe I have something interesting for you.
Me and e32club (Russia) are building first ever b11 e32 with the 4.6 engine and a 6 speed.
We take all the characteristics from the Alpina e32 b11 - suspension, brakes, LSD and so on, but will fit the 6 speed from e39 m5 and all original b10 e39 v8 4.6 internals.
The b10 is a donor car (sadly it was crashed) and I had a chance to buy this car for cheap and give this incredible engine a second life.
I would really appreciate help from you guys.
Situation today is this. The car is completely striped, engine striped and cleaned with new original part. Everything is slowly preparing for the swap.
However we do not know how to connect the e39 engine wiring and Alpina engine management with the e32 internals, so that it works and looks OEM.
Please help if you have expertise with the m62 swap into the e32 / e34 body.
