F01 LCI - Fragen

My German is not so good, so I will write in English. Hopefully you can give me some answers.

I am just before buying a F01 LCI d model ( of course from DE ) and have following questions :
1. What is the difference between MY 2013 and MY2014 by ambient lighting? I am sure that there were some changes made?
2. I was also informed that there is a change in I-drive - touch controller in MY 2014. But is there any other difference in navigation system - like bigger hard drive, better screen or graphics? Or it is the same as in LCI MY 2012 and 2013?
3. Was there any update for MY 2015?
4. Last question goes to the type of diesel model - 30/40/50d. What are the exact problems with 50d model - only turbocharger problems or there are also other problems related to 50d engine. In my country there a few 50d running on roads. I was informed from BMW service handler in our capital city that in last 2 months there were 2 whole engine replaced. If only turbocharger will be broken they would replace only them - not the whole engine.
